DESCRIPTION

  • Prepares MEPFS design drawings and estimates, conducts material take-off, ensures compliance with codes and standards and coordinates with project teams to support construction requirements.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related engineering fields.

  • Training or Certification in MEPFS design, estimation, or project management is an advantage

  • With Basic knowledge in local and international codes/standards(e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, NECM IPC).

-With Background in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office (Excel for estimation).

  • Experience in preparing material take-off, cost estimates and technical submittals.

  • With Basic exposure background in coordination with consultants, contractors and project teams.

-Familiar with QA/QC procedures and as built documentation.
