QC HEAD ENGINEER (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved plans, codes, and standards.
  • Develop and update quality procedures, inspection plans, and checklists.
  • Orientation to all Site personnel on the Quality Assurance procedure of the Company.
  • Secure Testing Results and Certificates from an accredited Supplier
  • Monitor the day-to-day progress of works whereas to updated with the scheduling of Inspection Request
  • Inspect all the delivered materials on site and coordinate with warehouse men
  • Oversee materials inspection, ensuring all items have the required COC, test reports, and approvals.
  • Supervise and validate site inspections (structural, architectural, MEPFS works).
  • Issue Inspection Requests (IR) and ensure timely sign-off from clients/consultants.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, NCR logs, inspection records, and test results.
  • Approve Method Statements (MS) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
  • Ensure all QC documentation is complete for turnover and as-built submissions.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Client Representatives for quality-related concerns.
  • Manage and Evaluate QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers.

Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • minimun of 3 years of experience as QC Head/Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila Central Post Office 1000 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QC Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
