About the role

Are you an experienced retail professional looking to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced department store environment? Isetann Department Store is seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to join our team in Recto, Carriedo, Cubao branches. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of a busy department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of your assigned department, including managing staff schedules, prioritising tasks, and ensuring targets are met
  2. Providing hands-on support to sales associates, guiding them on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  3. Maintaining stock levels and identifying opportunities to improve department performance
  4. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  5. Fostering a positive, collaborative team environment and supporting the development of your reports
  6. Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail setting, preferably in a department store environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  4. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales
