We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products, services, and brand identity.
  • Manage digital, traditional, and in-store marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee promotions, product launches, and events that strengthen customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to achieve creativity, efficiency, and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in brand management, campaign strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic abilities.
  • Experience in retail, distribution, or consumer goods industries preferred.
