  1. Security Management:

  2. Assist and supervise security coordinators/officers in stores.

  3. Ensure security systems and personnel comply with company policies.
  4. Conduct audits, background checks, and investigations.
  5. Manage security agencies, deployment, licensing, and benefits compliance.
  6. Regularly report and coordinate with store and area managers on security issues.

  7. Safety Oversight:

  8. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments in stores.

  9. Coordinate with other departments for store fixtures and signage.
  10. Ensure compliance with Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) inspections and prepare related reports.

  11. Pest Control:

  12. Work with pest control providers to address issues such as rat bites and infestations.

  13. Monitor reports, assess entry points, and recommend preventive measures.

  14. Environmental Compliance:

  15. Oversee processing and renewal of DENR permits.

    Qualifications:

    Graduate of BS Criminology, Psychology, Political Science or equivalent.

    With relevant work exposure is an advantage.

    Willing to conduct official visit/consultation per store basis.
