Isetann Department Store seeking an exceptional and driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our retail (Department Store and Supermarket) store in Recto, Carriedo, Cubao branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage overall store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Coach, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise store performance
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to align on goals and share best practices
  • Oversee the store's visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing and organised retail environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
  • Proficient in analysing sales data and using insights to make strategic decisions
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive shopping experience
  • Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and financial reporting
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
