We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency located in the Philippines looking for a talented Content Creatives Manager to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive presentations for various platforms such as web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into design processes to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content plans.
  • Recommend new formats, platforms, and content strategies, staying ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies.
  • Create and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, X, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Ensure the brand's tone and voice are consistently carried across all content and communications.
  • Oversee community moderation, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement with audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Analyze social media KPIs and performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and documentation of design processes to facilitate collaboration and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in content management, social media, or a related field.
  • Proficient in multiple social media platforms and designing tools such as Adobe and Canva.
  • Experience with content ideation, creation, and execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and performance optimization.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.

IN A HYBRID SET-UP: Required to report in the office once a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php33, Php43,000.00 per month
