About the Role

Initiate PH is seeking its
first Multimedia Designer & Content Producer
— a dynamic visual storyteller who will shape the creative foundation of the Philippines' first all-in-one crowdfunding platform.

You'll design, capture, and produce content that connects ideas with emotion — from campaign visuals and brand storytelling to cinematic reels that inspire trust and action. Working closely with our Founders and Marketing team, you'll help bring to life a brand built to empower Filipino entrepreneurs, farmers, and changemakers through community funding.

. Your creativity will define how Initiate PH looks, sounds, and feels to the world.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize and design digital content aligned with Initiate PH's branding and advocacy.
  • Produce photo and video content for social media, website, and investor presentations.
  • Edit reels, teasers, and launch videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Design visual assets, layouts, and templates using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Capture content using DSLR, mirrorless, or DJI Osmo Pocket cameras when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Tech teams to ensure creative consistency.
  • Develop fresh, platform-native ideas that resonate with Gen Z and modern investors.
  • Support the rollout of Initiate PH's branding campaigns across digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — creativity and attitude matter most
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Knowledge of CapCut or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media trends.
  • Organized, self-driven, and willing to grow with a fast-moving startup.
