Job Description:

FiLDEV is looking for Creative Specialists for our upcoming batch of Internship Program for students taking Multimedia/Digital Arts/Design-related courses seeking internship opportunities. Our Internship Program is a longstanding company advocacy dedicated to helping the next generation of Filipino creatives and IT professionals gain valuable experience and insights that will advance their future careers.

As we start our 1st batch of Internship Program under our Creative team for the year 2025, we're looking for dedicated and passionate creative students pursuing courses under Multimedia Arts, Digital Arts, Media/Film/Music Production, Creative Design, Marketing/Advertising or similar to undergo internship with us to create dynamic and engaging contents for our internal and existing projects.

This role is perfect for those who would like to excel and learn new methodologies in creating high-impact, engaging contents for social media, music videos and advertising. The position offers the flexibility of work-from-home setup, with a potential for weekly on-site meetings in BGC, Taguig City.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

• Create engaging contents, which includes social media designs, ad creatives and video contents (reels, Youtube videos etc) ensuring alignment with FiLDEV and/or its clients' brand voice and objectives.
• Will be involved and learn the entire content creation process, from concept development and scripting to production and editing, including voiceovers, captioning, and the creation of catchy, viral-style covers.
• Create content designs, presentations, newsletter and reports using Canva and/or Photoshop for social media posts and ad creatives.
• Creating write-ups/articles for the company using AI tools

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Arts, Film/Music Production, Marketing/Advertising, or any related field of study in Media and Arts.
• Must present a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from your school
• Your creative portfolio, showcasing your best projects
• Proficiency in Capcut, Filmora, Canva, After Effects, Premier Pro and familiarity with AI tools in content creation is a big plus.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for details and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
