The Creative Head is responsible for shaping and leading
The Aivee Group's brand identity and creative direction
across all platforms - from clinic visuals and digital campaigns to product packaging and luxury event experiences. This role ensures that all creative outputs reflect The Aivee Group's signature sophistication, innovation, and excellence in aesthetic wellness. The Creative Head will oversee a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, photographers, and content creators, driving creative excellence that strengthens brand desirability and customer engagement.

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns for
The Aivee Clinic, Aivee Skin, Aivee Café
, and other sub-brands under The Aivee Group. - Define and uphold the brand's creative vision, ensuring all designs and content consistently reflect luxury, innovation, and medical expertise.
- Oversee the production of high-impact marketing collaterals - from clinic interiors and digital assets to social media, video, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, and Operations teams to translate business goals into compelling creative strategies.
- Supervise photoshoots, videos, and campaign productions that embody The Aivee Group's signature aesthetic.
- Manage and mentor the in-house creative team to ensure timely delivery, quality, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with luxury beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends to inspire fresh and relevant brand expressions.
- Oversee creative budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all creative materials align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least
7–10 years of experience
in creative direction, preferably within beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industries. - Strong leadership background with experience managing a creative team.
- Proven track record in developing brand campaigns that combine visual excellence with commercial impact.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and familiarity with emerging creative tools.
- Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in collaborating with top management and external partners.
- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and design innovation.
