Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, animators, and 3D artists.
  • Oversee the overall creative direction and production of brand materials, video ads, and social media content.
  • Review and ensure all visual deliverables align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of 2D and 3D animation projects, providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with PR, social media, and events teams to support integrated brand campaigns.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor team tasks to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Guide and mentor team members to improve creative performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, animation tools, and technologies to foster innovation and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
  • Must have experience in creative production, at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in the online gaming industry in the Philippines.
  • Must have a solid understanding of PAGCOR compliance requirements for marketing and creative materials.
  • Must be familiar with ASC (Advertising Standards Council) regulations and ad approval procedures.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Skilled in 2D and 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya).
  • Experience in 3D sculpting or modeling is an advantage.
  • Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to thrive under pressure.
