About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Megaworld Corporation as a Creative Director. As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of Megaworld's brand and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for leading a talented team of designers and content creators to deliver innovative, engaging and impactful work that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute the overall creative vision for Megaworld's brand and marketing initiatives
  2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and advertising teams to conceptualise and bring to life compelling campaigns across various channels
  3. Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate Megaworld's creative output
  5. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure all deliverables meet the established brand guidelines and quality standards
  6. Work closely with the marketing and advertising teams to measure the success of campaigns and optimise for better performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role
  2. Proven track record of leading successful, award-winning campaigns for reputable brands
  3. Excellent creative and design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work
  4. Ability to think strategically, translate business objectives into creative solutions, and execute campaigns that drive tangible results
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team
  6. In-depth understanding of the latest marketing and advertising trends, technologies, and best practices
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
