This is an onsite, full-time role for a
Creative Director (Art-Based, Motion-Forward)
with the visual sharpness of an Art Director, the conceptual maturity of an ECD, and the content instincts of a modern motion-first creator. This role is for someone who can elevate our brand identity, lead day-to-day creative production, and help our ever-growing team to operate while maintaining strong taste, operational clarity, and high creative ambition.

Creative Director
, you will push the brand visually while also being deeply invested in content, storytelling, and motion & film-based execution across all channels.

Uphold & Evolve the Brand Identity
Ensure every asset, static or motion - adheres to the brand identity.
Conduct regular brand quality checks across all consumer touchpoints (paid ads, social content, web, packaging, editorial, OOH, partnerships).
Partner with the Head of Design to refine and evolve brand guidelines that scale with team growth.
Maintain a consistent, modern visual language that works equally well in motion and static formats.
Drive Day-to-Day Creative Production
Oversee timelines, briefs, resourcing, reviews, and approvals.
Run structured workflows across social, CRM, campaigns, content, and product design.
Manage priorities across multiple stakeholders with calm and clarity, preventing chaos or rework.
Ensure the team's output is consistently high-quality, fast-moving, and strategically aligned.
Hands-On Craft, Design & Motion Direction
Roll up your sleeves when needed: design, layout, prototype, storyboard, and build visual references.
Provide direction and feedback on both
static and video content
, including pacing, framing, composition, transitions, and motion principles.Develop motion toolkits, content templates, and repeatable systems to speed up production.
Ensure all assets are optimized for the channel, from short-form video to performance ads to UI animations.
Conceptual & Strategic Creative Leadership
Translate brand strategy into visual territories, content formats, graphic systems, and campaign ideas.
Provide ECD-level maturity in ideas, storytelling, and taste.
Think beyond assets: build creative platforms that scale across channels, formats, and markets.
Ensure concepts are culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and commercially effective.
Strengthen Creative Operations & Team Culture
Improve briefing, workflow systems, feedback loops, and cross-team collaboration.
Build a culture of craft, curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Coach designers and video creators to elevate their taste, versatility, and creative reasoning.
Identify, onboard, and manage external partners (motion designers, editors, production houses, illustrators).
Lead Motion-Forward Campaign Execution
Partner with the CBO to craft visuals and content formats rooted in strong storytelling and motion design.
Work closely with the CGO (Jordan) to improve performance-driven creative, especially short-form video, UGC-style content, motion graphics, and paid ads.
Support the Deploy Team (Nona, Mary, Justine) across PR, launch campaigns, live activations, influencer content, and social-first ideas.
Champion motion-first thinking to ensure the brand stays ahead in content relevance and reach.
Product & Experience Collaboration
Work with Product and UX/UI teams to maintain brand consistency within product flows, UI components, and micro-interactions (animations, transitions, visual behaviors).
Ensure the brand experience inside the product is as strong as the marketing experience outside it.
Profile Wishlist:
Core Creative Skills (Art + Motion / Video)
- A deep art direction and design foundation: typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, identity systems.
- Strong command of motion and video fundamentals: pacing, framing, transitions, rhythm, narrative structure.
- Verse in AI: use tech to accelerate content production & curate optimal designs that bring the brand book to life
- Experience building for multi-format content: digital, social, film, product, packaging, experiential.
- Ability to translate strategy into visually powerful and motion-driven creative.
- Skilled at giving decisive, constructive feedback that improves both design and motion output.
Leadership & Operational Experience
- 10+ years creative experience (art direction, brand design, motion-led content creation).
- Proven ability to manage or build creative operations (agency or in-house).
- Comfortable leading small teams with high velocity and clarity.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to defend creative choices.
- Startup experience is a plus (speed + structure).
