Role Overview

Our client is a fast-growing agri-food and beverage company with a rich heritage in coffee, organic farming, and food manufacturing. They are seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement across all business units. This role is a critical partner to the leadership team, shaping culture, performance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for all levels.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Drive learning and development programs to build capability and leadership pipelines.
  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, payroll, benefits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, promoting engagement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR matters, organizational change, and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR, CHRP) preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, payroll, and compliance in the Philippines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
