
IT Assistant

Job Description:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails to provide first-line support to end-users.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff as necessary.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical problems.
- Educate and train employees on basic IT practices, including password security, software usage, and data backup.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, email accounts, and necessary software.
- Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Job Qualification:
- A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
