Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in a Hybrid set-up until further notice and must be amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
  • Candidates with previous work experience in Marketing/HR/Recruitment work are highly preferred but not required,
  • Can start immediately.
  • Has familiarity with operational reports, attrition, attendance, and other reporting tasks.

Job Description:

Marketing Assistant will handle the end-to-end recruitment process of their team's requirements, coordinating with the client's requirements and endorsement of possible candidates, doing clerical and administrative works of the team, and assisting the Marketing Officer in employee relation tasks.

Shortlisted applicants will receive an email or message from us and are expected to undergo our hiring process such as online exams and interviews.

They will also create and present operational reports such as attrition and attendance reports.

The initial interview will be done virtually.

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
