Purchasing Assistant

To buy products that are essential for our company's and client day-to-day operations, Review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels, include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g., on orders and costs.).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking all Inquiries and make sure to answer all email of sales
- Creating Purchase Order (Stocks, Order by client)
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Build Good Relationship w/ Vendor's
- Update Daily Purchase Order Report
- Comparing and evaluating offers from supplier
- Monitor Paid P. O's if received Already
- Seek for New Qualified Vendor's
- Negotiating Contract Terms of agreement and pricing
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
