Weekly Schedule:

Monday-Friday 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, starting at 10 AM Eastern Time (No breaks)

Pay: 240 PHP per hour

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 1,000 PHP

Qualifications:

  • Must know how to send/blast marketing emails, SMS/text blasts, and social media promotions specifically for tax preparation and financial services
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms used for lead generation (email automation tools, SMS broadcast tools, social media scheduling tools, etc.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. tax season cycles and marketing trends is a plus
  • Skilled in creating simple marketing content such as captions, posts, flyers, and promotional graphics for tax-related campaigns
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Create and send email marketing campaigns targeting new tax clients, returning clients, and leads
  • Execute SMS/text blasts for special tax offers, reminders, refund updates, and promotional messaging
  • Manage and schedule social media content focused on tax preparation services, financial guidance, seasonal tax updates, and promotional campaigns
  • Handle basic design tasks (simple flyers, reminders, promo images, etc.) for tax marketing
  • Monitor social media inboxes, comments, and engagement related to tax services
  • Track and organize leads generated from email, SMS, and social media campaigns
  • Assist with digital admin tasks such as updating client lists, organizing leads, and maintaining records
  • Provide virtual support to the team during peak tax season, including digital follow-ups and customer messaging
