About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads (U.S. market focus) and paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll plan, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across multiple channels to drive leads, conversions, and growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in the U.S. market
  • Proven success with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Relevant experience in Graphic Designing (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ad performance tools
  • Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
  • C2 English Proficiency (Written and Verbal)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Create reports and insights to inform strategy and performance improvements.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices.
  • Knowledge in SEO is an advantage.

Daily Requirement:

  • Zoom attendance via camera on and screen shared during work hours is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
