Digital Marketing Specialist

(Full-Time Contract, Remote)

About Us

We run and grow multiple brands, including:

● - a Shopify-based jewelry brand specializing in handcrafted crystal

earrings.

● - a restaurant business focused on delivering memorable dining

experiences.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time as a contractor.

This is an execution-heavy role: you'll run ads, set up email campaigns, create content,

manage social accounts, and handle reporting across both businesses. You'll also

collaborate with an external strategist to ensure campaigns follow best practices and are

aligned with overall goals.

Responsibilities

Paid Ads

● Create, launch, and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads

campaigns for both jewelry and restaurant brands.

● Adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives weekly to maximize results.

Email & SMS Marketing

● Build and manage email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, promos) for

jewelry brand.

● Create restaurant campaigns (seasonal promotions, events, loyalty offers).

Content & Creatives

● Design basic creatives in Canva (ads, email graphics, menus, promo banners,

social posts).

● Write conversion-focused copy for ads, emails, and posts.

● Schedule and post regular content across both brands' social channels.

Website & E-commerce

● Manage Shopify store updates (jewelry products, collections, discounts).

● Update restaurant website menus, events, and promotions.

Reporting

● Deliver weekly performance reports (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate,

engagement).

● Provide clear insights into what's working and where to improve.

Requirements

● Hands-on experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads for eCommerce

and/or local businesses.

● Familiarity with Shopify (for jewelry brand).

● Experience with email marketing tools.

● Strong English writing skills for ads, emails, and social content.

● Design skills with Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).

● Ability to manage multiple brands at once.

● Analytical and detail-oriented.

● Capacity to work night shifts (9 AM - 5 PM EDT, Montreal, Canada, Time Zone)

Nice-to-Haves

● Background in fashion/jewelry OR restaurant/food industry marketing.

● Knowledge of TikTok Ads or influencer outreach.

● Experience with loyalty programs, event promotions, or local SEO for restaurants.

● Knowledge in SEO and user-experience.
