We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in outsourcing and offshoring solutions. The ideal candidate will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on building relationships with global clients seeking outsourcing solutions. You will play a key strategic role in scaling our business and will report directly to the Chief Country Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the outsourcing/offshoring sector.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, research, and outbound activities.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to craft tailored proposals and outsourcing solutions.
  • Understand client pain points and present customized service offerings (BPO, KPO, ITO, etc.).
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Chief Country Head, including market trends, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
  • Ensure alignment of business development activities with overall country-level strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing significant deals in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing models, global delivery frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working mid-shift hours to align with international clients (e.g., US/EMEA time zones).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AU).
  • Background in IT services, shared services, BPO/KPO sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
