We are seeking an experienced Travel and Hospitality Account Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced call centre environment, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the travel and hospitality industry. With no weekends and a convenient dayshift schedule, this position allows for a great work-life balance.

  • Offering a 50k Sign - On Bonus
  • ₱35,000 - ₱45,000 (Salary Package)
  • 15K Quarterly Retention Bonus

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  2. Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations for travel and accommodation services
  3. Provide accurate information about product offerings, pricing, and availability
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of GDS experience. Sabre GDS is a plus.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests
  4. Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
