In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel and hospitality industry. What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout every customer interaction

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • At least 1 year of GDS experience. Sabre GDS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to work on a shift schedule that includes weekends
