  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Travbest Travel & Tours Co. offerings to effectively recommend travel solutions.
  • Facilitate travel bookings, and itinerary changes, and handle special requests in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Address customer feedback, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service are met.
  • Designing and organizing unique travel experiences.
  • Ensuring travel itineraries meet client's expectations and needs.
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Offering exceptional customer service and support before and during the travel.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field.

Skills And Competencies

  • Proficiency in the English Language.
  • Resilient scheduling and itinerary coordination abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address travel-related challenges.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
