As a
Professional Health Representative
at B. Braun you plays a crucial role in promoting and selling our products or services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Healthcare Relationships: Engage hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to uncover sales opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Leverage Customer Insights: Understand client pain points and processes, maintain a robust CRM database, and tailor solutions to meet healthcare needs.
  • Deliver Impactful Communication: Present products effectively, simplify complex information, and ensure timely, clear messaging across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure inclusive decision-making for stronger client engagement.
  • Negotiate & Execute with Excellence: Manage contracts and pricing to maximize profitability, while staying accountable for performance and quality delivery.
  • Stay Agile & Results-Driven: Adapt to industry changes, meet sales targets, resolve payment issues, and forecast accurately to support business growth.

What you will bring to the team:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of successful experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Candidates should have a strong grasp of healthcare systems and regulations, with the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for engaging stakeholders and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, a results-driven mindset, and the flexibility to travel are key to managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital for staying competitive and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
