We areseeking an experienced and talented Corporate Travel Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Corporate Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, managing their travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless booking process.

Salary offer : ₱33,000 - ₱48,000 depending on GDS experience

Up to 50K Sign - On Bonus Offer

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from corporate clients to book, modify, and cancel travel arrangements
  • Researching and comparing travel options to find the most cost-effective and efficient solutions for clients
  • Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to secure the best deals and negotiate rates
  • Providing timely updates and communication to clients throughout the booking process
  • Assisting with any travel-related inquiries or issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all client transactions
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional travel services to clients

What we're looking for

  • With 2 years of GDS experience, less than 2 years for Ops Approval
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in using travel booking systems and other relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with travel industry regulations, policies, and best practices
  • A passion for the travel industry and a commitment to providing a seamless customer experience
