We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with daytime shifts and weekends off, perfect for those looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel and hospitality industry by phone, email and chat
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on requests in a timely manner
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistently positive customer experience
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of GDS experience. Sabre GDS is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • A positive, patient and resilient attitude in high-pressure situations
