Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Director of Accounting located in Taguig. The Senior Director of Accounting will lead the company's financial operations, including overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, managing accounting teams, preparing financial statements, monitoring internal controls, and optimizing financial operations to support strategic business goals.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Expertise in Compliance with local and international financial regulations, Taxation, and Auditing practices
  • Strong skills in Internal Controls, Expense Analysis, and Risk Management
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring accounting teams
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or CPA certification is a plus
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
  • Experience in the hospitality or culinary industry is an advantage
