
Assistant HR Manager

This position will be part of the newly created Center of Excellence group within the HR Team and will report directly to the Deputy General Manager for HR. The role is expected to be the Subject Matter Expert in providing data-driven initiatives in the areas of Performance Management, Organizational Development and Learning & Development supporting HR Business Partners.
Job Description:
Performance Management
- Develop and/or review and update job descriptions of all position titles with their corresponding KRAs and KPIs using KPI Institute syntax standards in collaboration with all Department Heads
- Creation and Maintenance of KPI Libraries for all departments including oversight on KPI computation and validation
- Creation and execution of all onboarding plans for each position title
- Program champion of the company's performance management framework
Organizational Development / Talent Management
- Facilitates Talent Reviews in preparation for career planning and development of employees
- Succession Planning using the 9-box grid model
Training and Development
- Facilitates annual TNA
- Creation of Annual Training Plan
- Program Champion in the deployment of Technical and Soft Skills Training program
