Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support a variety of human resource functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll support, and other HR tasks, contributing to a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help manage employee benefits, attendance tracking, and leave records.
  • Coordinate training and development programs and maintain related records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Generate regular reports and assist in audits as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Internship or entry-level experience acceptable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
