HR Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management
- Conduct interviews, initial screenings, and onboarding processes independently
- Supervise and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support where needed
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, procedures, and compliance efforts
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure labor law compliance
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage HR requests
- Handle disciplinary actions, employee concerns, and conflict resolution professionally
- Lead or support special projects such as performance evaluations, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs
- Knowledgeable in Payroll Processing and Mandatories
- Provide regular HR reports and insights to management
- With at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant HR Manager
- with experience in the Restaurant and Food Industry.
- Willing to work in Magallanes Makati
