MetHealth seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. Candidates without a medical background are welcome to apply This is a full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on Methealth International's products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicating them to the team
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. College Graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience
  2. Good communication skills
  3. Must be amenable to work onsite in Pasay (near MOA)
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
