MetHealth seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. Candidates without a medical background are welcome to apply This is a full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on Methealth International's products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicating them to the team
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- College Graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Pasay (near MOA)
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
