Sales Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, including revenue, profit & loss, and average transaction values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure that retail hub personnel are actively engaging with customers to drive sales.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Implement inventory control measures to increase high accuracy.

Loss Prevention:

  • Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures to eliminate theft and losses.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and security checks minimum 2 hubs per week.

Sales Training and Development:

  • Provide ongoing training and product knowledge sessions to retail personnel.
  • Keep the team informed about new products initiatives, promotions, and sales techniques.

People Management:

  • Train and develop the team assigned.
  • Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting retail operations.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure that the store's layout and displays are visually appealing and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create attractive product displays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
