Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage Field Sales Coordinators to ensure effective daily operations, including attendance tracking and performance monitoring
  • Provide regular field updates and documentation via shared tools (e.g., Google Drive)
  • Lead the execution of field sales activities, ensuring alignment with sales targets and strategic objectives
  • Conduct on-the-ground training sessions and performance audits to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities and prepare timely, data-driven sales reports
  • Report directly to the Project Lead and Area Team Leaders, providing insights and updates on team performance and market conditions
Qualifications:
  • Must be based in Cavite or Laguna
  • With 2–3 years of experience supervising sales teams in a field-based environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
  • Highly organized with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced field environment
