Job Title : Store Supervisor

Reports To : Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Interface with : Commercial Sales Department, Purchasing Department

Job Purpose

· Oversees the activities of the store and relieves section head of their task whenever necessary

· Ensures that the daily reports of section heads are accurate and submitted on time

· Ensures that the customers are attended at all times

Duties and Responsibilities

· Consolidate schedules of merchandisers submitted by section heads

· Supervise and monitor activities of section heads

· Conduct pep talks/monitoring and evening sessions for everyone's concern

· Checking of immediate price revisions

· Entertain and assist customers.

· Attend customer inquiries / complaints

· Assist cashier in transaction problems (Handles override, item return, discount, and item void)

· Close and read POS terminals and settle card terminals

· Conduct end-of-day process

· Resolves problems that may arise at the checkout counter

· Perform cashiering task assigned from time to time

Qualifications

· Degree Holder

· Basic knowledge in Excel, Word

· At least 2-3 year work experience in retail

· Computer Literate (can operate basic MS Programs)

· Technical knowledge in merchandise
