We're in need of a procurement officer to oversee purchasing activities and guarantee that purchased items are both cost-effective and high-quality. The procurement officer has the following responsibilities:

· Sourcing Suppliers: Selecting suppliers to provide goods and services for the company's needs, as well as identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers or vendors to obtain goods, services, or raw materials needed for a business's operations, determines the quality, cost, and availability of the goods or services acquired.

· Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure they adhere to the company's business agreements and cost targets. Collaborate to develop contract terms that are mutually beneficial. Reviewing, comparing, assessing, and approving products and services for purchase.

· Procurement Planning: Communicating and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve advance planning objectives. Creating budgets, cost evaluations, and reports. Analyze and check that suppliers' performance satisfies the Company's objectives for quality, delivery time, and pricing. Ensure that all the required documentation is available to provide progress updates on each request and its delivery to the appropriate services and stakeholders.

· Purchase Order Management: Create and maintain purchase orders, assuring their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Track orders and work with suppliers to resolve concerns or delays.

· Cost Analysis: Analyze procurement data and expenses to uncover cost savings, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Recommend methods to improve procurement processes and cut costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience as a procurement officer or in a similar role.

· Strong negotiating skills

· Proven work experience as a purchasing officer, purchasing agent, or comparable job is advantageous.

· High level of honesty and resourcefulness.

· Amenable to assign at Bagumabyan Libis, Quezon City (near Eastwood City)

· Amenable to working schedule of Monday to Saturday

· Amenable to working hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
