The Role
BGC, Taguig (hybrid)
10 AM - 7 PM PHT
As a Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to sending out offers. You will be in charge of building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, always ensuring that candidates have a positive recruitment experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and facilitate pre-employment assessment
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with the account managers to schedule second interviews with our clients
- Assist in drafting and extending job offers to selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter; or has had an internship in recruitment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of recruitment principles and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
