Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to support a growing private healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys hands-on execution, thrives in a regulated environment, and can manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Working remotely while aligned to Australian business hours, you will help deliver integrated marketing, communications, and engagement initiatives that strengthen brand reputation, support patient growth, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Marketing & Campaign Delivery

• Coordinate and execute seasonal marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
• Create and manage marketing content while ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
• Set up, monitor, and report on Meta advertising campaigns
• Plan and write blog content aligned with SEO strategy and business priorities
• Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Content & Compliance

• Ensure all marketing content complies with Australian healthcare advertising standards, including AHPRA guidelines
• Follow established approval workflows for all external communications
• Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across all channels

Patient & Stakeholder Communications

• Monitor and respond to Google reviews using approved templates
• Prepare and distribute weekly review performance reports
• Manage shared marketing inboxes and voicemail, responding or triaging enquiries
• Manage email newsletters and automated nurture journeys

Operational & Administrative Support

• Update online appointment calendars and coordinate availability with administrative teams
• Research and coordinate seasonal gifting initiatives
• Support internal recognition programs and reporting
• Assist with additional administrative or reporting tasks as required

Creative Production

• Create visual assets for paid and organic social media
• Produce short-form video content by repurposing existing materials
• Update brochures and marketing collateral (InDesign experience desirable but not essential)

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or campaign execution
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Experience managing social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
• Familiarity with Meta ads, SEO tools, and CRM or marketing platforms
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with remote teams
• Comfortable working within structured approval and compliance frameworks

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time

Work Location:

• Home-based
• Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
• Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
