We are seeking a motivated, mission-driven Senior Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand and expand our reach.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to lead our growth and branding efforts from strategy through execution. This role covers campaign planning, performance marketing, messaging, and funnel optimization, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and improving conversion. Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy (monthly/quarterly plans, goals, and budgets)
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across the company
  • Create and refine SOPs for marketing execution, reporting, and quality control

2. Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid acquisition across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc., as applicable)
  • Set up and optimize tracking, attribution, and reporting (leads → enrollments)
  • Improve funnel conversion through landing pages, lead forms, follow-ups, and email/SMS sequences

3. Brand & Content

  • Enhance brand messaging and positioning for parents and students
  • Guide content direction (social media, website, email, video) to support acquisition and trust
  • Run campaigns for seasonal initiatives (school year, exams, summer programs)

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish KPIs and provide weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Use data to recommend experiments (A/B tests), iterate quickly, and scale effective strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role, ideally in education, technology, or service-based industries
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation, social media, CRM platforms, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven strategy and performance measurement
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong alignment with Park Tutoring's mission to make high-quality education accessible and engaging

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php50, Php120,000.00 per month
