About the role:

YONDU INC.' is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a range of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's technology initiatives and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the planning, coordination and execution of IT projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate where necessary
  • Ensure projects adhere to the company's policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project team members

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within the technology and software development industry
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and manage competing deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Project and MS Excel)
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are highly desirable
