As an RTIC Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will serve as a key point of contact, communicating the benefits of RTIC products. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, educating them about offerings, and supporting current clients with product information and assistance. You will focus on building rapport, updating the sales CRM, making calls to prospects, closing sales, and maintaining a robust pipeline.

- Closing sales for RTIC.
- Maintaining pipeline.
Qualifications
Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication skills both reading and writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sales objections.

- Ability to multitask.

- Reliable, punctual and good attendance records.
Technical Skills & ISP Requirements
- Superior web navigation and computer skills.
- Familiar with google apps, understand technology and different software programs - outbound dialer, salesforce and outreach a plus, scheduling on calendar day to day, zoom/google meetings.
- Must have a strong and stable internet connection at home.
- With at least 25 mbps postpaid subscription and proof of internet billing; actual internet speed of at least 20 mbps download and not less than 10 mbps upload.
Experience, Education, Age
- Must have at least 1-2 years of BPO experience not limited to the following:
- B2B Inbound and Outbound Sales, Leads Conversion Accounts and Appointment Setting.
- Call center experience in Outdoor Equipment programs or Online Retail Sales jobs is an advantage.
- At least 2 years in College, any course or Senior High School graduate or its equivalent. Business related courses are also a plus.
- Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old.
