NOW HIRING: NDIS Virtual Assistant (Work From Home | AU Client Support Role)
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with admin work related to the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)? We're looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our growing team in delivering exceptional service.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an NDIS Virtual Assistant, you'll work closely with our case managers, coordinators, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for:
- Handling administrative tasks
- Following up on documentation
- Booking appointments
- Managing client files with precision and confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an NDIS-related business
- Fluent, professional-level English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Google Sheets
- ShiftCare
- Xero
- CRM or case management systems (preferred)
This is a remote role supporting Australian clients, so availability during Australian business hours is essential.
