Admin Coordinator

- Provide administrative and clerical support to operations, production, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare, organize, and update operational documents, reports, and schedules.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, job orders, and material requests with relevant departments.
- Monitor inventory records, assist in requisitions, and support procurement activities.
- Track and report operational issues, delays, or discrepancies to management.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Act as a communication bridge between operations staff and management.
- Support HR and accounting teams in attendance monitoring, timesheets, and expense records when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
- Experience in operations support, admin coordination, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with documentation systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
