Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients in the catering industry.
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and key decision-makers.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's services.

Client Consultation:

  • Understand clients' event requirements and provide customized solutions for events, catering, and venue selection.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations for events and catering services.
  • Provide guidance on menu options, venue setups, and other event-related logistics.

Sales Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on all leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring company policies are met.
  • Coordinate with the operations and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Customer Service:

  • Provide high-level customer service before, during, and after events.
  • Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and cultivate repeat business opportunities.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Provide feedback on new product offerings or service enhancements based on client feedback.
