Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:

The Area Sales Executive (Individual Contributor) is responsible for generating revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate accounts. This position requires both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution to deliver customized travel solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate clients to meet revenue goals and expand the customer base across new industries.

  • Client Consultation

Evaluate corporate travel requirements and recommend personalized travel solutions aligned with client objectives.

  • Proposal Management

Prepare accurate and competitive proposals while coordinating with internal teams to design tailored travel packages.

  • Revenue Optimization

Monitor sales trends, adjust pricing strategies, and work with the finance team to maintain profitability.

  • Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, offering MICE and other value-added travel services. Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Market & Competitor Insight

Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and sustain a competitive advantage.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Insights

Track performance metrics and provide management with actionable insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in corporate travel or B2B environments
  • Demonstrated success in client management and revenue generation

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, travel platforms, and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint is advantageous
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and accountable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
