Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager, located in Makati. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, developing account management strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role involves regular client meetings, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also analyze account performance, prepare reports, and contribute to overall business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Account Management, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in developing account management strategies and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data Analysis and Reporting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Experience in the IT or Digital Transformation industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
