Position Accountability Statement:

The primary duties of this role is to oversee the development and delivery of actionable insights and analytics including market research to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Specific Areas of Accountability:

  1. BI Strategy Development: Develops and implements business intelligence strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

  2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leads the deep dive and drill down analysis to generate insights in identifying potential business opportunities, forecasts growths and declines, and prevents risks on physician/ provider/ customer fall outs.

  3. Advanced Analytics: Drives the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, to uncover trends and opportunities.

  4. Market and Customer Segmentation: Improve current segmentations and develop innovative solutions to target key groups depending on strategic intent.

  5. Market Insighting: Scans and utilizes external market research data in the health industry that will supplement internal data trends, insights, and drive business decisions.

  6. BI Tool Selection and Implementation: Evaluates and selects appropriate BI tools and technologies and oversees their implementation and integration with existing systems.

  7. Data Visualization: Designs and develops intuitive data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

  8. Business Partner Engagement: Collaborates with business units and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver solutions that drive business value.

  9. Performance Monitoring: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of BI solutions and initiatives.

  10. Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement in BI operations.

  11. Team Leadership: Provides leadership and direction to the Business Intelligence team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Professional Qualification:

  • Degrees in data science, business analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in data management and analytics.

  • Knowledge of data security and compliance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Agile Development methodologies is a plus.
