As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing customer inquiries, and updating customer records

· Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient processing of orders and deliver a seamless customer experience

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers

· Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies

· Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales department

What we're looking for

· years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the Sales or Sales Coordinator domain

· Provides proactive support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and overall business goals by assisting in the preparation of quotations, order processing, client coordination, and after-sales service.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and is accustomed to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks even during peak workloads.
