Job Description:
Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term relationships with clients across your assigned region
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air, ocean, and land freight services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate with operations to ensure service quality.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Work closely with internal departments (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure alignment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of air, ocean, and inland freight operations
