Job Description:

Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term relationships with clients across your assigned region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air, ocean, and land freight services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate with operations to ensure service quality.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with internal departments (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of air, ocean, and inland freight operations
