Job Description: WeTrade Digital Ventures Inc. is looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales and Marketing Head to lead our revenue growth initiatives and elevate brand presence in the highly competitive e-commerce landscape. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for setting and executing our overall sales and marketing strategy, leading high-performing teams, and driving data-informed decisions to expand our market share and achieve business targets. As the Sales and Marketing Head, you will collaborate closely with product, operations, and executive teams to align go-to-market strategies with company goals.
Your leadership will be critical in building brand awareness, optimizing customer acquisition channels, managing performance metrics, and spearheading innovation in our promotional and digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and brand awareness goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment, productivity, and performance.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize campaigns and identify new business opportunities. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels. Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, social media, and paid ads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention strategies. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to align marketing messaging with product features and customer needs. Provide regular reporting to the executive team on campaign results, sales pipeline, and marketing ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA is an advantage .
At least 5 years of leadership experience in both sales and marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or digital retail space. Proven track record in driving sales growth and scaling marketing operations. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
